I led the development and launch of Sephora’s first-ever influencer program - overarching strategy, creator selection and ongoing campaign and partnership development. The program blends paid and organic collaboration across digital, events and in-store touchpoints.
My approach prioritized inclusivity, authenticity and community engagement at scale.
Since launch, the program has generated 300K+ applications, 2M+ fan testimonials, and driven over 3B+ Impressions, cementing its place as one of the most recognized brand communities in the industry.
